Living with Nightmares and PTSD

Hi everyone, my name is Natalie. I have this disorder that causes me to have vivid nightmares, which has given me PTSD. I have never been through anything that would have caused these, I was just born with them. They are so real that I have trouble telling reality from a dream everyday. Sometimes after I wake up I have sleep paralysis, usually it happens if I die in a nightmare. I almost always wake up hyperventilating, it triggers panic attacks and my adrenaline. It is exhausting and I struggle trying to go on with daily life. Does anyone else here have this? I'm just hoping to be able to talk to someone who understands
