I'm sorry. I also have PTSD from abusive relationships from my past and have been raped beaten and emotionally abused and sexually abused and neglected. I also have nightmares. I learned that it's good to visualize something you like or enjoy that's pleasant to you before you go to bed. It does help. PTSD is very hard to deal with there is no majic pill that will fix it. But if you learn to face your demons it can get better.
