Constant Nightmares and Panic Attacks

Last night, actually. I sometimes get sleep paralysis and hallucinate in the middle of the night. My doctor put me on prazosin to help with nightmares since mine are likely a direct result of PTSD.

definitely not alone! i have many night terrors some related to trauma that wake me having panic attacks. haven’t found help but you’re not alone! ❤️

All the time, just gotta remember they're not real and that they're your subconscious, not you
