Nightmare Flashbacks and Trauma

Anyone have flashbacks to the nightmares theyve had? Some have been downright awful, scary, and traumatizing in themselves even when they are only loosely connected to my trauma.

The first time that happened to me is the first time I was diagnosed with PTSD. It is beyond horrible.
