I've been experiencing high blood pressure hitting stroke level, I'm on medication for it now but almost out of meds and can't get a refill till my next appointment. but I don't have insurance. anyone have any ideas that could help lower my blood pressure? I'm getting terrible migraines, dizziness, chest pain and body aches every time it's high.

I been healthy pretty much all my life. I am 57 years young. I am Vegan and I am here to tell you I have never felt better! emotionally, physically, mentally it all helps your overall health! I know. I feel 27 yrs young...that is because when I fuel my body I fuel it with wholesome food from the earth🌏 not from eating dead flesh that was pumped with all kinds of antibiotics to keep harmful diseases away from meat people consume. please consider going Vegan ..so, so many benefits! I am living proof! keeps you looking and feeling youthful 💚🌱❤

My bp on average flucuates has between 140-160. I’m currently on prescription medicine which doesn’t seem to Be making a difference. Has anyone tried any natural supplements such beet / nitro oxide products? If so do they work? Reccommendations?

I was just diagnosed with pridiabeties. I'm having a hard time putting a meal plan together. any suggestions would be most helpful. 3 months ago I quit smoking and crave sweets badly. I'm sure those chocolate cream pies put me over the top so no more of that.

Has anyone dealt with blood pressure that spikes throughout the day my blood pressure goes from normal to really high then back to normal .. I’ve noticed it’s worse around my menstrual cycle in which I get my migraines as well. The cardiologist says I’m fine . Ran ekg and echo and found nothing. Gave me bp meds to take but it tends to make me tired and at times light headed and drops my baby too low.. I’m a bit over weight but not terribly. Just don’t understand what’s making it spike and drop all of the sudden and hopefully solve the issues and get off these medications.
