Struggling with Covid aftermath

since having Covid twice one time for three months and the other time for one week I’m just not the same. My brain is so foggy, my thought process is not as fast, I just feel sick and fatigued all the time, similar like I felt when I had Covid. My blood pressures stay elevated. I’m just not the same. Does anybody have any suggestions on how I can get rid of this feeling

Do you really think being vaccinated makes a difference on how you feel on a daily?
