Everyone's going to tell you to stay away from salt because salt somehow retains water and the more water that's in your blood is going to raise your blood pressure you know but a lot of things raise your blood pressure if you watch the news if you go walking and if you hate your job a lot of things can raise your blood pressure staying away from solid will not lower your blood pressure because I have high blood pressure I've never eaten salt in my life and I still have high blood pressure so staying away from salt will not lower your blood pressure it will raise your blood pressure though my suggestion is to meditate drink water learn to be Zen learn through trial and error with different types of supplements you know like maybe some beats or some hibiscus salt is in everything that we eat unless you are hunting wild game and not salt in your game and just eating it fresh then salts and all the foods we eat at the store so there's no way to avoid salt unless you're intentionally putting it on your meal of course exercise

I’ve been eliminating salt and sugar nobody tells you that sugar also raises blood pressure and been eating fruit and veggies and drinking teas like chamomile and doing yoga and meditation important to try to keep stress levels down
