Exercise is absolutely the first and best defense. And it doesn’t have to be intense exercise, it can be as simple as a daily 30 minute walk. Next, you’ll want to examine what you’re eating and drinking. Sodium and saturated fats will be the biggest culprits in raising blood pressure, as well as processed sugars. When all else fails, you could talk to your Dr about getting on one of the many medications available for helping blood pressure, but a good Dr will likely ask you to start with the aforementioned lifestyle changes first, and only after seeing that not working will they move to prescribing meds.

Grapefruit is much better then meds. No side effects. Juice or grapefruit 3x a day.like 1 a day. Food Map diet helps me. Walking start where your at and walk as far as you can. I walk further every week.
