Tips for when you can’t get out of bed in the morning? I feel awful but I also feel nothing. I don’t care about anything I’m supposed to be doing. This might have been caused by my routine being disrupted by staying up late because I was anxious.

my cousin told me to just remind myself that my bed will be there next time i’m needing it. your bed is always there, but you only get one or few chances to do other things once <3

I give myself something to get out of bed for, even if it's something little (like watching an episode of a new show that morning). For me, it helps to set an earlier alarm and then have time to go back to sleep if I want to. I also keep all of my meds by my bed

this happens to me sometimes too and the only motivation ill have is to do an activity that makes me excited so im not dreading it, that or ill just stay in bed for a bit longer and give myself a mental health day, as long as its not like everyday (personally for me because then it will become a routine) but yeah just take it easy and try not to be too hard on yourself!

When that happens to me I try not to be hard on myself. I do things that I like and I fulfill my obligations if I can, but whatever I do, I don't demand anything of myself.

I don't know, but I feel this way a lot so you're but alone❤️ have you tried addressing the anxiety that is keeping you up at night? I recently had that problem and realized it was caused by the medication I was on, so I ended up switching and it's starting to make a difference.
