Does anyone have tips for getting out of bed in the morning? Even on days where I know there’s nothing to be stressed about, it can hours to l force myself out of bed after waking up.

    It can be ruff but the only way is to just do it but it does get a little easier everytime ☺️

    I understand where you are coming from. It happens to me too. Only thing I can suggest is to find a reason to get out of bed. Whether it be an object or a person. Even an animal. For me, I make myself get out of bed for my niece, because she wants to see her "uncle la"
