Me too, I’m in bed right now. Last day of school break is today. I am still behind in school from my stay in the hospital. I am nervous. But I feel a bit better knowing we’re all in this together.

I get that completely. Like you don’t wanna get out and just close your eyes for another 5 mins hoping that when you get up you will already be ready for the day and not have to do any of the work.. and maybe just not have to face the things deep down I know I have to do but hole that they just disappear.
Same I legit waste like 20 minutes to 3 hrs in bed because I don't feel like getting up even though I have enough energy to do that but my legs get sore
Self care is important.... I know this feeling all too well and spoke to my therapist about it and she said "do what you have the energy to do, weither that be too get out of bed just for food, or to shower/bath 3 times a week, out even just being online taking to your online friends.... You only can do what you have energy for don't force yourself"....... It was great advice and I'm still working on it as I just got this advice Friday
