Any suggestions on how to get up off bed sooner and not hate waking up every day? I also don't have a job now cuz this depression & anxiety completely took over. I'm so lost & feel so hopeless. Can anyone relate?

I would have extreme anxiety everyday before and during work. I would write down stuff. Routine is key too.

Great advice from sassy_hacker. Also, when your alarm goes off, just jump out of bed and get into the shower without even thinking every day without fail. Don't make it an option. Get in that habit and it will become routine. Also, make your bed every day. It will help prevent you from getting back into it. I've been there. It's not easy, but once you've done it a few times you'll see how it works. Also, writing down a few things that you're grateful for every day can be very helpful. You can start with the simplest of things, like the fact that you have a bed.

Totally, i suggest dressing up every morning, building a routine, finding a job, hobby, skill, certification, that doesn't have exact due dates really helps build you back up again

One suggestion is to set small goals each day, such as doing your makeup or reaching out to friends. Another approach is to find one thing you don't like about your life that you can change that day. Remember who you love and do it for them, and remind yourself that you can take control. Also, try setting really small goals, like just sitting up in bed. It's important to be patient with yourself and recognize your progress along the way.
