Living with Complex PTSD, Anxiety & Depression

All of the above and I'm not having nice thoughts...at the moment, I'm thinking about not being here anymore 😥

I was diagnosed with manic depression and anxiety disorder at 12 then after a very abusive 10 year marriage I was diagnosed with PTSD also. Most of the time I'm depressed. Barely getting out of bed, avoiding going anywhere and even going days without showering. Luckily I have a very supportive husband who tries to understand but doesn't really. It's really hard living with these ailments. You are not alone and I hope we can all help each other out. God bless you

Omg my names Shania too haha!! I was diagnosed with chronic depression and social anxiety when I was 14, and more recently I’ve started screening for possible adhd. It sucks because I also have physical ailments like fibromyalgia and anemia, so it’s just a constant pain train for me, both physically and mentally lol. Dm me anytime!
