Hey y’all :) I came across this app on an instagram ad (i’m a level 17 susceptible to marketing), and I was really intrigued by it! I’ve been trying to do right by my mental health recently because a lot of my life I was able to ignore it with always distracting myself with several responsibilities- several jobs at a time, school, taking care of family affairs etc. However I’ve recently left my safety net, and now I’m in a weird environment and having to face my several neuroses that i was never aware of. I’ve just recently been evaluated by an actual psychiatrist, and she diagnosed me with severe anxiety, post—traumatic stress disorder ADHD, and depression, which is worsened by my anxiety. It gets really bad frequently, and I’ve tried journaling which helps, but I’m not consistent enough for it to make a huge impact. So I’m here to see if I can find people with similar issues or experiences to see if I can get a better idea of what I’m dealing with, or how to go about coping correctly :)
