Hi, I’m new to this app. I’m eager to meet people that are alike and share similar experiences with mental health. I struggle with major depressive disorder, anxiety, panic attacks, and symptoms of OCD and PTSD. I’ve been on 8 different medications and have seen 14 therapists over the past 8 years. It’s hard to keep up hope sometimes when nothing seems to have worked so far. I’m currently doing TMS (transcranial magnetic stimulation) treatments, but I haven’t noticed a difference so far. I also recently lost my grandma two weeks ago, and I have been struggling with the grief
