      I was diagnosed with bipolar, PTSD, I have a closed head injury and it seems everything under the stars. What I found that helps me most is identifying my triggers and eliminating then from my life.

      I also have cyclothymia (low-grade bipolar disorder severe geralized anxiety disorder (which includes social anxiety disorder), OCD and PTSD.
