This week I have been a lot more active than I usually am. I’ve been doing a lot of walking. I’ve had some slight pain after it but nothing unusual for me. I did a lot more walking today too and about 2 hours after I got home I’ve had this absolutely massive pain flare up that has left me almost completely unable to move and I can’t stop crying because it is so debilitating. I’ve never been in this much pain from my fibro. Is this common for fibro sufferers? I’ve never had it this bad before ever 😭
