Living with Fibromyalgia: My Struggle with Flares

Heyy! Trying this for the first time hopes this help me connect with others like me. I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia in 2016. I had 2 good years since then (because I was pregnant both years) and now all of this pain is starting to come back. I’ve been in a flare for 8 weeks and this is the longest I’ve EVER been in a consistent flare.

Can you help? connect today

Hello and welcome🤗 I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia two years ago and I'm also still learning to live with that. I found that working out really helps to ease the pain. But when I'm in a lot of pain I take pain killers and treat myself with a nice massage therapy from time to time. Hope you to feel better soon 🙏
