I found low dose Naltrexone (4.5) to be very helpful, also an excellent body worker who understands your condition. Is the MM under control? I would think the management of the disease should help a lot. I have many bone lesions and have had a T-8 fracture. I have very minimal pain taking only the naltrexone.

totally nerve-wracking I've been there. From my experience, bone involvement is pretty common with MM, and yeah, it can be linked to the treatments as well. For managing the pain, I've found that a combination of pain meds prescribed by my doc and some self-care techniques like gentle stretching and warm baths help me.

I hear ya... its normal to feel nervous about experiencing bone pain. bone involvement is indeed common in multiple myeloma due to the disease's impact on bone metabolism. it can lead to bone fractures and pain. i think you should discuss this with your doctor promptly and they will recommend imaging tests like X-rays or MRIs to check for bone involvement and maybe change the medications accordingly..

One of the first signs of Multiple Myeloma for some people was bone pain, particularly in the ribs and spine. As for managing the pain, no specific suggestions were provided in the context. It would be best to consult with a healthcare professional for personalized advice.
