Seeking Advice on Bisphosphonates for Bone Pain in Multiple Myeloma

I've been experiencing a lot of bone pain since my Multiple Myeloma diagnosis. I've heard about bisphosphonates, but I'm not sure if they're right for me does anyone have experience with them?

have you tried heat therapy? It's been a lifesaver for me on really bad days

Bone pain is the worst! I've been on bisphosphonates for 2 years now and they've helped a bit.

@VolureSkin Hi! I just received my first biphosphonate infusion of Zometa (Reclast). Is that what you get? or do you take pills?

I ice my bones and I've switched to a recliner instead of a mattress.
