I've been experiencing a lot of bone pain since my Multiple Myeloma diagnosis. I've heard about bisphosphonates, but I'm not sure if they're right for me does anyone have experience with them?

@superRoy @superRoy Do you mean heat therapy as in a heating pad? or something else?

Bone pain is the worst! I've been on bisphosphonates for 2 years now and they've helped a bit.

@Arda._Kummar @Arda._Kummar Are you taking them orally or getting infusions? I just had my first infusion recently.

@VolureSkin @VolureSkin Hi! I just received my first biphosphonate infusion of Zometa (Reclast). Is that what you get? or do you take pills?

I ice my bones and I've switched to a recliner instead of a mattress.
