Looking for Advice on Low Dose Naltroxone for Pain Management

I've been having a lot of increased pain, found out my meds have like 5 interactions and it could be contributing to my increased pain which is of course disappointing has anyone here tried low dose naltroxone for their pain? if so what's your experience?

I take my naltrexone for (possible) nerve damage idk if that's similar, but it works for me. Tried going off it once (under doc orders) & my symptoms came back right away, so I've still been taking it nightly. Gives me nausea, so I have to take ondansetron nightly as well. Hopefully going to see a urologist soon to get a proper diagnosis (since my initial one was done thru an online Derm service) & hoping I won't need to take either anymore. Naltrexone can cause weight loss because it can suppress appetite & I really want to gain just a few more pounds so I feel comfortable working out again...idk if any of this helps, I might just be rambling at this point. I always check for interactions before starting a new med & your doc def should've done that for you /:
