Seeking Advice on Thumb Pain with Multiple Myeloma Diagnosis

I get hard red bumps on my thumb that can get very painful, but they seems to pop up in 3 different places. I think it is gout.

I am big on whole plant-based foods like fruits, veggies, whole grains, and legumes. I read these foods are rich in antioxidants, fiber, and essential nutrients that help keep my immune system strong and resilient

I haven't specifically had thumb pain, I've had numbness and tingling in my hands and fingers due to nerve damage. For me acupuncture did the trick
