I find myself getting an angry all the time at my most close people in my life, out of nowhere. We could be having a great time and something bugs me and I ruin everyone’s mood including my own. I don’t want to be angry all the time and people can only forgive you so much. I constantly hate myself for being angry for no reason at all, I don’t know how to fix it or how to avoid it. Even when I tell myself I’m not going to get angry about something, I still end up bringing it up and it causes a lot of problems for the people that are involved and myself. How can I fix this?

if you feel yourself beginning to get angry, try to like leave the situation, go to the bathroom or something. isolate yourself until you get in a better headspace, and do breathing exercises to cool off a bit
