Managing My Anger and Avoiding Lashing Out

There's times where I get so angry or annoyed, i get violent. i really want to stop but my anger gets the best of me. im working on it and taking deep breaths to help me calm down. i've also noticed that im getting annoyed at my friends. im scared ill lash out on them. i just want to isolate myself from everyone so they dont get hurt. maybe im the problem though.
