I'm having a hard time accepting I have anger issues, but need to get it under control

      One thing that's helped me is understanding the steps to the anger. So what happened before the anger. For me when I'm anxious and overwhelmed I get major angry outburst and feel like a terrible person after. But, I've worked with a therapist on breaking down the moments that lead to the anger. Usually comes down to a scensory overload issue, or me putting unrealistic pressure on myself or expectations on others.

      I'm with you, but bringing it up and trying to change is alot and big of you no matter how many times you fall and need work at it again.
