Do you ever feel so guilty that you didn't make it to school or work because of TBI or PCS symptoms? I have been missing so much school that I feel like I let so many people down.

Over a year after my third concussion I’m still having regular migraines where I can’t get out of bed. Feeling pretty down right now. Does it ever get better or will I always have bad days? Anyone have any tricks to help prevent PCS migraines? Thanks for your help. Hope you’re having a great day.

I experience daily ear ringing. I don’t know if it’s hearing damage or related to a concussion I had from over a year ago (symptoms still continued for a whole year)

I was just prescribed Modafinil to help with my TBI fatigue. I’m honestly super worried about it and never get much info from my doctor before starting a new medication. Does anyone here have experience with it (and a willingness to share their honest experience)?
