Jittery and Nauseous: Anyone Else?

does anyone get jittery when they're cold or nauseous? it's been happening for about a year now, but it's super strange and I've never heard of anyone else experiencing this before and then that makes me anxious and just amplifies the problems

Weird GI Issues: Throwing Up, Indigestion, and Acid Reflux

hey, I just have a quick question I have weird gi issues that no one can figure out. I can't keep food/liquids down a lot of the time. I'm throwing upna lot, I have indigestion and acid reflux. I get a pressure in my chest, but in mostly just feel it when my stomach is acting up. so I guess I'm just asking if that's normal, or something anyone else experiences. it happens most of the time when I throw up/ when my indigestion gets bad. I also just have chronic health anxiety, so feeling pressure in my chest freaks me out. again, if anyone has anything that could help or if you go through something similar, I'd love to know!

Debilitating Gastritis Symptoms: Seeking Advice

Hi everyone, so I’ve been going through many tests to try and diagnose my stomach pain, nausea/vomiting, and loose stools. My colonoscopy/endoscopy results showed I had gastritis but my doctor has me continuing with many other tests to rule out other stuff. My question is how debilitating is gastritis for you all? Because my pain is extremely debilitating and I’m just wondering if it could be just gastritis or another disorder also. Also does gastritis cause higher liver enzymes because mine were elevated?

Need advice on starting a Low FODMAP diet

I’d like to start trying a Low FODMAP diet to see if that would help with my stomach reactivity but every time I bring it up, my mom insists that it’s because of my bad eating habits instead. She’s been somewhat open minded when my doctor told her that I should lay off lactose but seems to be blaming all my GI issues on my eating habits. What do I do for pain relief? I take antacids, pantoprazole, Carafate, and avoid all NSAIDS, spicy, fried, and fatty foods. I’m miserable. My recent EGD shows moderate chronic gastritis. I can’t eat because the pain is so bad. I use zofran for nausea. It’s debilitating.

20 Years of Chronic Gastritis: What Can I Do?

I have chronic gastritis for about 20 years, I went inactive to almost symptom free for over a decade. I would get small flare ups during that time that healed up quickly. after a long bout for 6 years previously. now I have been sick almost 2 years with ever changing symptom. I get pain only left side upper / middle belly. constant burping and inward hiccups from the moment I wake up until I go to bed. I have nausea and lack of appetite. I lost around 20lbs and I'm underweight. I had no success with different diets and prilosec. I'm not sure what else I can do.
