I agree it's pretty individual, but I know what NOT to eat (or have in moderation). High fat foods of the unhealthy variety. That means fried foods, stuff high in saturated fat. I eat baked chips over the regular kind, lowfat or fat free dairy, eat. After having h. pylori, I cant have caffeine anymore. Spicy foods are also tricky. Very little spice and when I do have something mildly spicy I take Gaviscon first

It’s so individual. Depends on your body. It’s best to do an elimination diet. Water and beef. Add one food at a time to see reaction. Coffee should be decaf. No soda or seltzer. No alcohol. Drink lots of water. Blueberries don’t bother me broccoli does. No cold cuts. Additives. No artificial sweeteners effects gastritis. You will notice foods that bother you will give you gas, pain, heartburn and bloating. It’s a struggle. Did you have an Endoscopy to rule out Pylori, ulcer, pre cancer? I hope this helps a little. If you have kidney issues don’t take Protonix and limit acid blockers. If you get constipated use magnesium citrate pill.
