I take my probiotic, drink some ginger kombucha and avoid all acid food as much as possible. Oh and lots of warm herbal tea

I'm still experimenting with what helps during a flare up. Definitely bland foods that are soft like white bread. My go-to is egg noodles with a tiny bit of low-calorie butter (land o'lakes makes it). I'll eat it slow until I feel satisfied. Bland foods like this for 2-3 days really calm things down

Super small amounts of food every couple of hours. I kind of don’t restrict any type of foods I just listen to how my stomach is feeling if a bite doesn’t settle well I’ll try something different later. I also found if I drink water when I eat things don’t end well so I’ll have flavored water or tea with meals.
