      Get to a good Gastroenterologist. I just had a endoscopy revealed I have and inflamed esophagus and stomach with gastritis. I’m on Protonix and Dicyclomine. One cup of coffee a day but I’m trying to cut it out. No spicy foods. You want to rule out H Pylori.

      I’m vegan but also don’t eat gluten, soy, all oats or anything acidic. It’s helped me a whole lot. Yes, there’s still heaps to eat but it’s not easy.

      Stay away from NSAIDS like ibuprofen, Aleve, and aspirin. Sucralfate is the only med that helps the pain of when my stomach lining flares is. Also stay away from caffeine and spicy foods.

      A rice diet helps with bloating but you need to eat it faithfully. White rice if you make it yourself in a rice cooker

      I’ve been using a low FODMAP diet plus low acidic foods. It helps a lot with my bloating and abdominal pain.

      Mediterranean, but I do little dairy (I do non dairy items), and go by what I found I was sensitive to by doing a sensitivity test by checkmybodyhealth.com: it has helped a lot.
