does anyone get jittery when they're cold or nauseous? it's been happening for about a year now, but it's super strange and I've never heard of anyone else experiencing this before and then that makes me anxious and just amplifies the problems

I struggle with the same issues, I had a couple doctors tell me it was a stress response my body had and it's very normal for people who struggle with anxiety/panic disorders!

i used to experience this all the time, and it was panic attacks for me. any temperature change prompted it.

@jobee I'm glad I'm not the only one. I feel like being cold or nauseous would gave sent me into a horrible panic attack a few year ago tbh. But thankfully my meds tend to keep me calm most of the time
