Any tips on getting through exercises/workouts? Less than 10 minutes into my yoga stretches and I honestly felt like I couldn’t breath plus extreme lightheadedness

I find doing small simple workouts or stretches is so much more tolerable. Also take short breaks in between. This seems to be the only way I can get through it

Thanks for the advice everyone! Bucket, I’m not sure what dysautonomia is but I’ll look into it. As far as asthma I don’t have asthma.
Is it possible that it's dysautonomia or asthma affecting your breathing? Both give me a hard time even with a brief gentle bit of exercise.
Whenever you feel bad during exercise, take a short break, catch your breath and drink water, and then go back. Don’t feel bad to make simpler exercises if they work better for you
Progression into it in planned increments and sometimes pushing through the pain because your body is only at 20% when you feel like giving up which can feel like literal hell but sometimes with fibro I just talk to myself mentally bc I’m going to hurt either way 🤷🏽♀️ I just don’t go too hard to the point of hurting my body
