anyone with anxiety and or asthma suffer from breathlessness? I sometimes feel so hyper aware and sensitive to my breathing. I can't seem to get a good satisfying breath and often have to sigh or yawn even if I'm not tired. I just feel like I don't breathe normally šŸ¤·šŸ¼ā€ā™‚ļø

I recently started doing some cardio workouts, HIIT type stuff and it seems to be helping

Me. I’ve had that for about a year. Ever since I lost my mom last March:( I feel like I need to yawn all the time and I’m always crazy aware of my breathing.

@Jessy have you been able to find anything that helps it?

@MrT breathing techniques! I use the calm app ALOT! I’ll put my feet up the wall and just relax or I’ll do yoga as well. Anything that’s meant for relaxation:) just gotta find what works best for you!
