I had undiagnosed high eosinophils for most of my life. They are white blood cells that were attacking my lungs. Once i got that addressed (i take an albuterol nebulizer, cough out the mucus it loosens, and then take a steroid inhaler once my lungs are clear) i started going to the gym and doing light cardio for all of 15 minutes. I closely monitored my heart rate and breathing and increased the cardio by five minutes every coupel weeks. Took me five years but I'm up to 45-60 minutes
