I can't ride my bike in fact I had to get rid of my bike as it was dangerous for me as I had a couple asthma attacks just going to work up hill I needed 10 mins to feel alive when I got to work as I felt very dizzy Running I can't lengthy I just struggle to breathe And I can't go out side when it's really windy especially when it's going agents the face then that feels like I'm not breathing at all

I had undiagnosed high eosinophils for most of my life. They are white blood cells that were attacking my lungs. Once i got that addressed (i take an albuterol nebulizer, cough out the mucus it loosens, and then take a steroid inhaler once my lungs are clear) i started going to the gym and doing light cardio for all of 15 minutes. I closely monitored my heart rate and breathing and increased the cardio by five minutes every coupel weeks. Took me five years but I'm up to 45-60 minutes
