Struggling with Weight Loss: Starving Myself is my Last Option

I have also been struggling for years with weight loss. I started tracking my food with an APP called Cronometer. It helps you see where your deficient. Like I wasn’t eating enough protein and I gravitate toward fat, because I did Keto for a couple years. I’m working on balancing my nutrition, adding some vitamins to my daily routine like D, Magnesium, Omegas.. I believe our body’s are in a constant state of survival so many of us have a hard time losing weight because your body is working hard to survive, not necessarily lose the weight. I have done all the diets. They don’t work. Look at your basic nutrition and filling the gaps, drinking mostly water. I am currently morbidly obese but I am trying to not just put a band aid on this, this time. Diet Culture is so toxic.

When I started my diet 1/1/21 I put it in my head that for me anything with wheat or sugar in it was a poison.

I also bought for $20.00 a renpho bluetooth scale. The app that works with it on your phone is great.
