hello everyone I am new to this app. looking for some encouragement and motivation to help me lose weight. anything helps. I am tired of being overweight and want to change. thank you for everyone's support.

      Also don't be too strict. As long as u stay in the 1200-1400 calories... u will lose weight! You can do it!

      I'm no expert!!! Last year I started focusing on why am I so large and it's emotional eating. All the way no doubt. So i started practicing self love and self care. Cooking elevated meals for myself. Focusing on myself like everyday was a new dining experience. Also asked myself before grabbing food. Is this emotional? Side effect has been 35 pound weight loss with out even focusing on it too much.

      Motivation is why you want to lose weight? Health? Feel good? Do more things without feeling insecure? That's what motivated me. I planned what I was going to eat for the next day on a calorie counter app. And stuck to it because I put in my head that I will get to my goal sooner than later if I followed my plan.

      Also to help with cravings, I eat as much pickles I want, cucumbers with salt , beef jerky and diet coke. And if u crave sweets, I make me a large iced coffee with sweet n low with creamer.
