I've tried Noom in the past and it worked for a little until I wasn't able to pay anymore. I'm starting to use it again bc my insurance pays for it now. Hopefully it works just as good as before!

Iā€™m going to list some things Iā€™ve learned: dairy causes inflammation and you weight more the day after eating /drinking but I believe it has health benefits and I just donā€™t over do it. You can work out too much sometimes (donā€™t remember all the metabolic explanation behind that but itā€™s real) maybe drop back to less intensity and go for a walk one day outside instead. I like slow and steady weight loss because it feels natural to me. I have discovered I like red peppers and hummus. Yoga was never on my radar but it is the perfect thing for helping sore muscles, moving better and there are thousands of exercises online for all types of issues and itā€™s great for mental health too. Stress is big. Your body makes glucose for you if you are stressing. I had major family stress and a foot injury and ended up in the morbid obesity category. My foot has mostly healed now and I am telling those family members that they need to mostly fix their stress and donā€™t dump it on me anymore. I have lost 15 pounds in 2.5 months. I havenā€™t gone to a gym. Only light walking and a small amount of gardening. I want it to be natural. I drink mostly ice water with fresh lemon sometimes. I once or twice a week drink ice tea with monk fruit. It has less carbs than sugar I stay away from pork (inflammation). Not that I donā€™t like it but Iā€™m trying to give my body a beak from too much stress. I like beef but Iā€™m eating less and making it organic when I do eat. Just found out I have abnormal cells in my uterus at age 56. Another reason to be healthy. Adipose fat (abdominal) releases estrogen which can cause or make cancer worse. Needless to say Iā€™m motivated to loose my weight.

Wow but so expensive. I guess insurance doesnā€™t pay for it

The only Process that I know to have worked for me is Octavia. It is very expensive. $435 a month. Thatā€™s an estimated amount per person eating the food and drinking water. I was on it for three months. The first week I had lost 13 pounds and 31 inches from my body. Itā€™s also a pro program that helps you to understand why you eat the food you. I helps to retrain you mind. I love you
