a couple of years ago, I'd lost all of my weight from walking and from coffee enemas. I know it's gross but it worked amazingly. Now I'm overweight, more than ever. I donate plasma twice a week and I think my kidneys are having getting rid of the saline that the plasma center returns with my blood. I quickly went up to 200 lbs then very shortly, I went up to 217 lbs. My ankles are swollen. I'm so heavy I can barely get out of the tub when I take a bath. and three years ago I was a size 5. I love pizza. I eat too much. I walk 4-10 miles a day, I lost one pound. I think my kidneys are failing. I just recently got tested for diabetes. This is serious. The person taking my blood at the drs, didn't specifically check me for diabetes like she was supposed to. It's overwhelming. The medical transportation company that was supposed to pick me up for the drs didn't show up. I had to pay for an Uber, there and back. I had to walk a mile to go pick up my scripts and then a mile back. That same day, I had to donate plasma again. So I drank a lot of water before and after, but still, I'm so overweight. Idk where to begin with this. I spend too much money on myself and my sister in law buying at thrift stores and on going out to eat. We are buying to resell the items. And I have too many bills. It is depressing. I tried to get to know this guy as a friend and he wants a body pic. omg what to do? I need a man in my life to help me with everything. idk but first I'm trying to help myself. I need to eat healthier and for the Dr. to find out what is wrong. six months ago the Dr up North had me get an ultrasound and he thought I had a fatty liver. Over twenty years ago, I drank alcohol. I was an alcoholic but it's been over twenty years. I have lactose intolerant and I discovered that lactose pills turn sugar into glucose. And I have an eating disorder. So I need a lot of help.

@livvie361 how much of a deficit were you eating in? I'm eating at about -800 cals a day and I'm losing at least 2lbs a week

In 6 months I gained 60 lbs. In total, I went from being 110 lbs May 2021 to being 213 lbs in March 2022. I started my weight loss journey in April and I'm down about 27 lbs so far. Weight loss is no secret, calories in must be less than calories out (cals in < cals out). I'm pre-diabetic, and I switched to a vegan and gluten free diet. It's working great. Before this I was eating pretty unhealthy, but still losing weight because I kept my calories in low

@Sunflower.System I wish this worked for me, I have had less calories going in than going out, but I didn't lose anything. Now I'm struggling to lose weight weighing 365
