Struggling with Insulin Resistance and Weight Loss

I have had insulin resistance for several years. I eat healthy for the most part and exercise about 3 days a week. I've dropped from 265 to 239 pounds. I want to drop to 200 to 210 pounds.

When I was 207 I was diagnosed with insulin resistance. I dropped down to 156 and I still have insulin resistance but it's getting better....my Dr told me that dropping weight doesn't just magically fix things and that it takes time. Don't give up.

well first of all I struggle with lymphedema, insulin resistance, hypothyroidism. Arthritis, fibromyalgia. I’m currently waiting on results for lupus. With all that said, I juice in the morning. I have a regular lunch and dinner. I try to eat before 6pm so I’m not eating too late. I gave up coffee, lunch meat, I cut down on my bread intake. I try to not do it more than twice a week.
