Hi, I totally understand you. My partner has been on dialysis for many years due to end-stage renal failure. Because the kidneys weren't working and because the dialysis wasn't every day, he gained a lot of weight, both because of the amount of fluid he had in his body and because of the inability to exercise. What helped us a lot was contacting a nutritionist who knew exactly what menu to give him in order to maintain a good balance of proteins, carbohydrates, and fluids in the body. have you tried reaching out to a nutritionist?
