I got any snack or sweet out of my house, and bought tons of fruits and vegetables. So when I binge eating it’s usually grapes or dates. I know, they also contain a lot of sugar, but at least they’re more healthy than Mars

Spidey has a great method. I find that I binge less without knowing food is around or hiding it instead of having it right in front of me like a package of cookies out in the open

I’ve been working with an ED counselor and dietitian since October and I’ve learned a lot! Like it isn’t about self control. Often it’s about binge/restriction cycles and the best thing is to eat a wide variety of foods regularly and adequately. That means 3 meals and 2 snacks a day with no more than 3-4 hours between eating instances. By not having food off limits and allowing myself to meet my body’s needs my bingeing has decreased significantly!! I recommend connecting with a dietitian who believes in healthy at every size and that all foods fit! It’s amazing!
