i’ve gotten much better about not having binges (now i only have them once every two or three weeks) however, i still can’t buy certain foods because they are way too tempting to binge. i wish i could control myself and keep it in the house tho. does anyone have experience with this?

      It sounds like my story. It doesn’t matter if it’s healthy food or junk, I just binge eat it, like I have no control over myself

      I'm the same way. If I know I have a food, I obsess over it and just can't stop thinking about it. I've even been caught sleep eating. I just try to replace those items with healthier or already portion controlled items. Also foods that are super easy to make always win for me.
