I wake up each morning feeling anxious and just want to stay in bed. I don't know why since I love my job and I don't have anything pressing to do during the day. Does anyone else have this problem? Is it just depression? I have been fighting this for decades and I fill I should know how to find relief but it just keeps persisting.

I know how this feels. It seems like nothing is wrong but you still feel anxiety/depression. Short-term relief that has helped me is coping mechanisms, getting exercise to clear my head, or doing a hobby that brings me Joy. Long-term relief that has helped me is finding a therapist that understands me or medication.
