Struggling with Chronic Pain

does anyone else struggle with day to day activities. I am in so much pain. I have the fibro, disc pain, and my back is trash. not to mention overweight. I made lunch in the microwave and just being up for like 30 minutes now I'm in so much pain. every single inch of my body aches, burns, and throbs. everything feels swollen. everything just hurts and I'm so tired of hurting. please tell me I'm not just lazy

      I feel your pain and I feel your struggle everyday. The crappy part for me is they've tried me on all the typical fibromyalgia medications and I'm allergic to them. They've also tried other things like gabapentin and can't remember the rest. They do nothing for me. The best thing that I have found that works for me which is not often is 420 or taking kratom. I have other health conditions but trying to get pain medication and battling with them is just so not worth it.

      i understand your inclination to feel lazy. i can assure you that this isn’t your fault and that you aren’t. have you considered/tried cannabis to relieve pain and inflammation? vaping thc has been incredibly helpful for me.

        @eldritchclown yes 420 is my new favorite number in the past 5 years lol. But sometimes it makes it worse because it relaxes my muscles, who get mad and take it out on me lol

      Not since I started LDN, which I would really recommend. Are you on any meds for pain?

        @Violet_Beauregarde not really. I can't take pain meds as I am still breastfeeding- also I hate pills lol
