Hello everyone 👋🏽I have fibromyalgia for about 4 years and it’s not getting easier 🤧I’m working a lot I mean 10 to 12 hours a day I get up at 4:40 am to 4:45 pm the meds aren’t working 🥹what else can I do to cope 😩my body is fatigue and achy all over my hands have no strength and I’m kinda getting worried 😦.
