what medicines worked best for any of you? I struggle with pain every day and honestly finding a medicine that can just help ease it has become a struggle. was wondering if any of you have tried things other than medication that has helped your struggles?

I have also found relief through physical therapy and lidocaine infusions. (Although there is a lidocaine shortage right now, so not a great time to look for those.)

turmeric and cbd oil do really help a lot of people if you’re looking for an alternative, i also recommend hot baths with epsom salts bc i find those help me relax, and heating pads help with stiffness :]

Hello. I have tried so many things 😥. I had to go to pain management. I now take morphine, norco, and a muscle relaxer. I also found tumeric to really help and CBD oil without THC. I ordered my CBD oil from Bluebird.com and get my tumeric off Amazon. I never would have believed a herb would help me but it did. Good luck.

I take prescription 800mg ibuprofen, methocarbamol, and gabapentin for my pain currently. methocarbamol is super safe and, at least for me, has worked really well. gabapentin I don't notice until I missed a day however LOL. I recommend starting there though cause it is on the safer end of daily meds for fibro!

I'm interested in this too. My pain levels have really been increasing lately.

The one thing that has really helped me is getting massages regularly. It is the only thing that seems to help.

@chloerae thank you. I've been thinking of trying to get some done maybe once a week or every two weeks maybe it would help loosen me up.

i’m prescribed a muscle relaxer but it doesn’t really do much… marijuana helps so much for me also, kratom

@mckaela I've tried kratom but it didn't help all that much. Idk if maybe I got the wrong kind. I've got muscle relaxer but it doesn't help with flare ups
