I get angry at little things, like today I had to go out and do something that should've only taken maybe half an hour, but as of writing this, it has been 3 hours, and I'm currently almost an hour late to work because of this thing. I'm angry, but not because of how late I am, but because I had so many other things to do before I went to work, and this is also causing my anxiety to flare up. please, can someone give me some tips on how to manage this?

Btarms01, I'm not sure but I had a day similar to yours where I got really angry and irritable. Just try to hang in there and today is a better day dear.💜💜💜

I feel this. I make the best of things easily, so I do that. Whatever works for you man. If you’re job isn’t understanding that you have things to do (unless they did not need to be done) then it might be time to change that or to find a way to survive working there. If the problem is not the job, then probably finding a bottle (that’s what I use) or some object you can hold and list all the details and feelings around the object

Hi there, with these kind of situations I have figured out making a time management plan helps out a bit. This way it has helped me stay on time to most things, sometimes I get finished with the task before the time I had planned to do the other task.

Best thing that works for me is is to sit down, breathe, and make a list(whether on paper or in your mind) and write down everything you need to have done. Then sort them into easier tasks and difficult tasks.
