i had a stress or anxiety breakdown at work for prob being overwhelmed(it was not a good day)and went home early on friday then was off the weekend. Now i am pacing around my apt before work finding stuff to do to get my mind calm

      I completely understand how you feel. I had the same thing happen to me 2 days ago. It’s hard to move through those feelings. Sometimes I find keeping my hands busy helps. Usually a small fidget toy or playing with a pen works. I hope you have a better day at work :)
