I don’t know why but I feel very irritated today like little things are making me mad, and I just feel an overall “angry-ness” don’t know what the word would be, but I also wanna cry like I was just thinking why am I so mad and almost got flooded with tears. Anyone else ever experience that?

      even if you feel like you're handling things well, there could be a disconnect from your mind and body. your body may have just had enough and sent you a signal. it's good to have some insight. journaling, even if for a couple minutes a day, could help clear up some thoughts. if not journaling, talk with a friend!! i hope you feel better soon

      I completely understand and I also experimece this. I have moments of anger flare ups and become so irritated that every small thing can trigger a small anger outburst. I also sometimes have pockets of sadness and become I very sensitive. It comes out of nowhere and I'm not sure how to help them but just know you're not alone ♡

      yes, it happens. some days are harder than others and if you are stressed, usually the body builds it all up and makes it so you're irritable and upset the next day. even if not stressed, it could be nightmare you don't remember having, something in your routine got messed with, etc. it's overwhelming, so take the day to yourself if you can. take care!!

        @MilkJoey thank u ur right, I think it might be a build up I do have a lot going and thought I was handling it pretty well cus I’ve been feeling sort of good but today just hit me like a bus, I might of just been ignoring the stress
