how do u deal with feeling angry and pissed off constantly when ur in a manic episode? ive been so irritable lately and i honestly am not sure what to do about it. so many things have been pissing me off and ive just been rly angry and idk what to do about it. I just hope this all passes and ill stop feeling so irritated but i also know that with this passing comes a depressive episode where ill feel equally as bad in different ways. i just dont really know how to ease myself when im pissed off other than rambling to the nearest person but ive come to realize that it annoys a lot of people. idk how to cope with it. I feel like just letting it build up and keeping it inside will result in something even worse.

Yeah I think everybody has a point that walking away can be good. If you're like me though it just builds up until you burst and gets worse with more time to myself. So if you're like that, what I do is first try to put myself into the shoes of the person I'm pissed at. If that doesn't work(it usually doesn't) or it's not directed at any one person or thing, I try to breathe deep or go for a run, depending on how the feeling physically feels in my body. If THAT doesn't work, I write it all out in a journal. I don't hold back, I write every mean thought that comes to mind, every critique, every frustration, everything. And then I rip it to shreds. And if THAT doesn't work I just try to sleep it off.

I tell my husband he has to leave the house, find something to do. Remind him he has no idea what’s going on in my head, and I need time alone. He gets mad but leaves

honestly, i take the day to myself. i drop everything and worry about me. i give myself a day to do my nails, or just stay alone in my room. I get pissed off at the smallest things, so i understand how you feel.
